    Escríbame con un resumen breve de lo que necesita. Le indico qué documentos hacen falta, incluida la identificación que la ley exige.Send me a short summary of what you need. I'll tell you which documents are required, including the ID the law requires.

  2. HonorariosFees

    Antes de empezar le indico por escrito los honorarios y gastos. Los honorarios notariales se rigen por el arancel oficial.Before any work starts I set out the fees and costs in writing. Notary fees follow the official fee schedule.

  3. DocumentosDocuments

    Preparo la escritura o el documento y lo revisamos juntos antes de firmar.I prepare the deed or document and we go through it together before signing.

  4. Firma e inscripciónSigning & filing

    Firmamos y, cuando corresponde, me encargo del trámite ante el Registro Nacional.We sign, and where required I handle the filing with the National Registry.
